We are a friendly group with many long-standing members who come back year after year. New members are always welcome to apply to join us.
Our annual membership fee of £60 includes:
- Free entry to all nine of our lectures on fine, decorative and applied arts; this represents a 44% saving on the price of individual lectures.
- A welcome voucher to bring a guest to one of the lectures for £1.
- A quarterly glossy magazine from our national Association, The Arts Society, with exclusive features by leading arts historians, critics and curators.
- Access to online features and on-demand lectures on the national website.
- Our own society’s email newsletter with information on our activities and what’s on locally in the arts scene.
- Invitations to take part in our local and regional events, study days and group visits to museums, houses, gardens and other places of cultural interest.
- Opportunities to join our volunteering groups in arts, heritage and education, and to get involved in the management and running of the Society.
Non-members and guests are welcome to join our lectures for £10 a time.
